Established in 1962, Mannayath Dynamic Systems is a one-stop solution provider for all MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) and engineering requirements. We believe MRO to be essential for any organisation in the current cost-conscious environment and we have significantly invested in developing a secure network of suppliers and manufacturers around the globe to help us achieve and maintain our position as a critical player in the MRO industry. We cater to various industrial sectors ranging from Construction and Manufacturing to Government departments and defense sectors.

MRO SOLUTIONS

MRO is one of the fastest growing and most challenging industries. In today's cost-conscious world, there is a growing trend to refurbish major capital equipment rather than buy a new one. This fast-growing sector is an emerging market due to the scarcity of precious metals and the increasing cost to repair and overhaul these products, previously designated as disposable. MRO includes all items that are necessary for retaining or restoring a piece of equipment or a system, to its optimal condition where it can function normally. These include items which are used in production but may not become part of the end product.

DEFENSE / BASE CAMP SOLUTONS

MDS specialises in supplying products and equipment to the defence sector and multinational and government organisations operating in base camps around the world.

Obsolescence Management

Obsolescence is the lack of availability of an item or raw material resulting from statutory and process changes, as well as new designs. Implementation of new technology causes older technology to become less supportable because of the diminished availability of parts and suppliers. Directly speaking, obsolescence can present itself in two ways; the item in question is no longer suitable for current demands or is no longer available from the original manufacturer.

Procurement and sourcing

Strategic Procurement and Sourcing is one of our key strengths. Our strategies are intended to reduce our customer's costs primarily and to provide materials of the highest quality in the shortest lead time possible.

Design/Reverse Engineering and Manufacturing

Reverse engineering, also called back engineering, is the process by which an object is deconstructed to reveal its designs, architecture, or to extract knowledge from the object. MDS has close ties with various manufacturing firms with the technical capabilities to conduct in-depth reverse engineering procedures. We are often able to improve upon the original product or system and provide better functionality to our clients.

3D PRINTING

Any process in which three-dimensional objects are created by joining or fusing together solid particles under computer control is called 3D printing. Objects can be of almost any shape or geometry as they are typically produced from a data file called an Additive Manufacturing File. Objects are primarily "printed" layer by layer and between each printing, the solid particles are fused together by heat or light.
